Since its founding, Obiz© has championed human and sporting values. Our Group is a hub for corporate social responsibility (CSR) with an ambition to positively impact society. Our ambition is spearheaded by our business model. In practice, it is reflected in strengthened purchasing power, access to wellness and leisure activities and support for the local economy and jobs. On top of this, our values are pivotal to our daily in-house activities.

A workplace that is inclusive and forward-thinking
Our company meets twice a month for our “QuinzObiz” meeting to provide updates on business, projects, successes and failures. Together we channel our focus on our goals and our vision to ensure that everyone is on the same page. These meetings are also an opportunity for employees to ask questions anonymously or directly. In this spirit, we gain a Group-wide understanding of our business activities.
Continuous improvement and innovation are central to business. As such, we present each and every innovation and technical/functional product optimisation during demo sessions led by our developers. Every meeting is a special moment for the team and fills us with pride.

The latter include Tuesday yoga lessons, free coffee and fruit, break-out areas and a dedicated Obiz© Well-Being Team through the organisation of sporting and cultural events. This Team also lets employees share their passion with the rest of employees and sets a work schedule that guarantees a work-life balance.
